Business Development Executive

Amazon is hiring a Business Development Executive in Bengaluru to lead brand development for the Accelerator program within the Hardlines business. The role combines business development expertise with stakeholder management to drive selection growth, improve product quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The selected candidate will work full-time onsite in a fast-paced environment where proactive ownership and high standards directly influence brand success. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing business plans with current brands to expand product selection, scouting for whitespace opportunities to launch Private Brands, and collaborating with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies. The role also involves analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback data to inform product optimization and cost savings, while building strong relationships with brands and internal stakeholders. This full-time permanent position offers a salary range of 10 to 16 lakhs per annum and requires two to six years of experience. Candidates should have sales experience, data analysis skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in an e-commerce setting. Preference is given to those with experience meeting revenue targets and working in fast-paced organizations.
