Editorial and listing policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

This page explains how listings reach Mydatainputjob and what we do before publishing them. It is intended for readers, employers and advertising partners.

Where listings come from

We publish three kinds of listings: vacancies submitted directly by employers, listings from partner feeds or public RSS/JSON feeds we are permitted to use, and listings from public pages that do not prohibit automated access. For the third category we check the site’s robots.txt and terms before enabling a source. We do not bypass logins, paywalls or CAPTCHAs.

What we publish

We write our own short summary of the role and keep any quoted text under 300 characters with a visible link to the original source. We do not copy full job descriptions. This protects the original publisher and avoids duplicate content.

Accuracy and freshness

Every listing records when it was first seen and when it was last confirmed. A listing is marked expired when its stated closing date passes or when it has not been seen in a source for 14 days. Expired pages return a clear “no longer available” response and are removed from the sitemap.

Ranking and sponsored placements

Organic results are ranked by recency, completeness and relevance. A small number of listings may be marked as featured; these are labelled and do not change the order of organic results. Advertising is sold separately and is always labelled “Advertisement”.

Corrections and removals

Employers and candidates can request a correction or removal through the removal request form. We aim to respond within two working days. Confirmed scams are removed immediately and the URL is added to a permanent blocklist.

Editorial independence

Advertisers do not review or approve editorial content. Our category guides and salary notes are written independently of advertising relationships.
