Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and data analytics to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO & SEM Management – Optimize website rankings, increase organic traffic, and manage Google Ads & PPC campaigns.
  • Social Media Strategy – Develop and execute engaging campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Content Marketing – Plan and create high-quality blog posts, articles, and videos to attract and retain audiences.
  • Email & Marketing Automation – Manage email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking – Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization – Implement landing pages, A/B testing, and CRO techniques to improve conversion rates.
  • Paid Advertising Management – Run and optimize paid ads across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for maximum ROI.
  • Reputation & Brand Management – Monitor online presence, customer reviews, and competitor activities to strengthen brand positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and content strategy
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or SEMrush SEO Expert
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing automation and chatbots
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and brand partnerships
