Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution – Define AI project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with data scientists, ML engineers, and business leaders to align AI solutions with company objectives.
• AI Model Deployment Management – Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of AI models.
• Risk & Compliance Management – Ensure AI solutions meet ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Agile & Scrum Implementation – Manage AI projects using Agile frameworks for iterative development.
• Budget & Resource Allocation – Optimize project costs, timelines, and human resources.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor AI project outcomes and ensure business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML project management
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, ML lifecycle, and DevOps for AI
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, Asana, or Trello for project tracking
• Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master)
• Experience in MLOps, AI automation, and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of AI bias, ethical AI, and responsible AI implementation
