Educational Qualification:

• Graduation with first class or minimum 60 percent marks from leading recognized institutions/universities or higher educational qualification
• Preferential Qualification: Relevant work experience in any of the fields listed in the application form and B.B.A./B.A./M.A./M.Phil/Ph.D. Tourism and Travel Management, M.B.A.- Hospitality Tourism and Travel, P.G. Diploma Travel and Tourism, Hospitality- Preference will be given to degree/diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Tourism and Archaeology.)
• आवेदकों को निम्नलिखित का ज्ञान होना चाहिए –  MS-Word/MS-Excel/MS-Power Point/Windows.
• अभ्यर्थियों के लिए फील्ड में काम करने का इच्छुक होना अनिवार्य है।
• हिन्दी (देवनागरी लिपि में लिखित) और अंग्रेजी दोनों भाषाओं में प्रवीणता आवश्यक है।

Important Points:

• चयन प्रक्रिया आवेदन पत्रों की जांच – शोधार्थियों के चयन हेतु पर्यटन विभाग की वेबसाइट पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किये जायेंगे। आवेदन पत्र के साथ 500 शब्दों में उद्देश्य कथन अपलोड करना अनिवार्य होगा। प्राप्त आवेदनों की जांच हेतु विभागीय समिति गठित की जायेगी। विभागीय जांच समिति द्वारा जांच निम्नानुसार की जायेगी।
  
• Interview: 25 marks
• Training: मुख्यमंत्री पर्यटन फेलोशिप कार्यक्रम के तहत चयनित शोधकर्ताओं को लखनऊ स्थित माननीय कांशीराम पर्यटन प्रबंधन संस्थान में दो सप्ताह का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा, जिसमें एफएचआरएआई नई दिल्ली, आईटीटीएम नोएडा, आईएचएम लखनऊ, एफसीआई अलीगढ़, पुरातत्व संस्थान दिल्ली और अन्य जैसे विशिष्ट संस्थानों के विशेषज्ञों के व्याख्यान शामिल होंगे।
